What are your favorite events at The Dance Corner?
"One of my favorite times of the year is Nutcracker. It takes lots of hard work and preparation but it always pays off. I always wait eagerly to see what parts I and the other girls receive. It is an exciting time. During Nutcracker, I also love to be a role model to the younger girls. It is always fun to see them dance and help them when they need it. Nutcracker brings the TDC family together in so many ways. It is the greatest time of the year."

Why do you dance?
"I dance because I love how it allows your creativity to run free. When people think of creativity they think of drawing, painting and arts and crafts, but dance allows us to be creative with our bodies and it’s truly so special. Dance is also my favorite way to express myself and what’s going on inside my head and for that I’m so grateful."
