All classes are 39 weeks. If your child’s class falls on a day of the week that is scheduled for fewer than 39 classes (due to holiday closures), please plan to have your child attend make-up classes prior to the last week of class. Class fees will not be prorated due to holiday closures.
Students who join a class mid-month will have their tuition prorated. Tuition will not be adjusted for extended absences except in the case of prolonged medical circumstances with appropriate documentation. In the case of an extended absence, please plan to have your child attend make up classes prior to the last week of class. Students who choose not to continue in a class will be charged for the remainder of that month only.
Tuition will be collected monthly in 10 equal payments due the first of each month. Tuition payments will be reoccurring and will be added at or around the 20th of each month. A 10% late fee will be applied to unpaid tuition balances by the 15th of each month.
Payments can be made by cash, check, or credit card. Credit card payments are charged a 3% processing fee. Registration fees will be waived for those who keep a valid credit card on file and choose autopay.
