All classes are 39 weeks. If your child’s class falls on a day of the week that is scheduled for fewer than 39 classes (due to holiday closures), please plan to have your child attend make-up classes prior to the last week of class. Class fees will not be prorated due to holiday closures.
Students who join after September will have their tuition prorated. Tuition will not be adjusted for extended absences except in the case of prolonged medical circumstances with appropriate documentation. In the case of an extended absence, please plan to have your child attend make up classes prior to the last week of class. Parents wishing to withdraw their child from a class must provide the Directors with a minimum of one (1) month written notice. Parents are responsible for payment of all outstanding balances, including tuition through the child's withdraw date.
Tuition will be collected monthly in 10 equal payments due the first of each month. Tuition payments will be reoccurring and will be added at or around the 20th of each month. A 10% late fee will be applied to unpaid tuition balances by the 15th of each month.
Payments can be made by cash, check, or credit card. Credit card payments are charged a 3% processing fee. Registration fees will be waived for those who keep a valid credit card on file and choose autopay.
Multiple class/sibling discounts are calculated for Standard 60 minute classes. Discounts do not apply to 45 minute classes, add-on classes, or to Adult/Teen or Senior classes taken as drop-in.
