The Dance Corner is excited to welcome Miss Jamie into our family! Miss Jamie has extensive dance training, receiving her BFA in Dance from University of California, Santa Barbara and her MFA in Dance from NYU Tisch School of the Arts. Miss Jamie has professional experience as a company member with Regina Klenjoski Dance Company (RKDC), Fusion Dance Company, Earthwalk Dance Company, and Tremaine Teen Company. She was a member of the Children’s Cast for multiple Nutcracker Seasons with Joffrey Ballet, as well as LA Chamber Ballet. She was honored to be cast to perform in "Mone", choreographed by Mathew Rushing and was featured in a Teen Magazine article about being a dance student at a performing arts high school. Fun fact: Miss Jamie was featured in infomercial for a product called "The Hawaii Chair", which was later aired on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. Miss Jamie has been employed as an instructor at several private schools and dance studios. She currently spends time teaching Mommy and Me Dance locally at the West Windsor Library. Miss Jamie teaches multiple dance styles, though her favorites are Jazz, Modern, and Ballet. Outside the studio, Miss Jamie is the mom to two energetic children. Her favorite thing to do is spend time with her family that she loves very dearly. Miss Jamie also loves to bake! She is excited to join the TDC family: “It is a studio that welcomes everyone while teaching with kindness and compassion.”
